Some people are stuck in there ways, some Labour & conservatives will always vote that way even if they never watch the news & read a manifesto, blind loyalty or lemmings.
MPs are voted in by the public to represent us, so should vote the way the people vote, I voted to remain, but not a Remoner & the MP should vote the way the local voters voted.July 1, 2019 at 4:11 pm in reply to: We can’t cope with demand of extra houses’ says Wrexham GP practice #170492
Government caused the problem, the changes to the GP funding & pensions, has forced many to go part time or retire early otherwise they would have to much pension (terrible problem to have) But still we need houses, the house prices prove that, they are all at least 40% over priced. More 2 bedroom started homes & cheaper rented houses are needed.
So government & NHS should change the financial intensives, wages & the rules for NEW GPS to less go part time & retire early.

Really??? You should leave & live in Liverpool then. Liverpool is a large City, Wrexham is a large Town.
Its terrible that the Hedgerows have been cut down, why could they not stay apart form the opening?. Its not up to the Council to look at what health services that are available for new planning, i would say thats up to the health board, if there are not enough Drs in the area then the Health board should attract & pay for more Dr’s that’s not an excuse not to build needed houses. People are saying new houses are not needed, if that was true house prices would be falling.
Its 100% Wales fault, Chester has been receiving funding that stopped & has repeatedly asked for the money which the Welsh government/ North wales health board have not paid. The north wales health board (as it should be called) wasted so much money it the worst in wales should be ashamed of itself.
The company wanted to reduce their contribution towards the cost of affordable housing from around £300,000 to just under £29,000 amid claims the original requirement would render the scheme unviable.
Finally planning committee are sticking to there guns, that makes a change they usually give in to developers. If the developers had gone from £300,000 to £200,000 then maybe but this sounds like greedy developers or they calculated wrong, which is their fault.
Council leader Mark Pritchard is wrong its the developers fault not the planning committee’s fault if they walk away.

Whats is really needed is more 2 bedroom houses that are not sold to buy to let landlords, the development SHOULD insist on a minimum 100 2 bedroom homes for Owner Occupiers.
Im not a hater I like to support the Council its great that they are installing some chargers that will encourage residents to move to EV cars, but for over 5 months I have been emailing & tweeting Wrexham Council asking what charging speed they will use, but they will not listen or reply. The whole point of charging outside the home, is that its quicker to charge than at home. Home charging is mainly 7kW sometimes 14kW, so the minimum Wrexham Council should have gone for is 14kW.
This is me Advising the council for the remaining chargers they have not installed yet NOT a hater.
The main reasons people charge away from home
1. you cannot charge at home, (no drive or flat)
2. your on a long journey & need to add charge.
3. home charging is slow speed charging & forgot to charge over night.
