Several new dragon road signs have been installed around schools in the city. Why ?

Not legally enforcable on their own, but you’re usually already in a 20 by the time you see one anyway.

Well I am all for them. They show where there is a genuine need for 20mph & create a talking point.

I would much prefer flashing 20mph signs at each end of the school premises with an additional comment between the hours 8am & 6pm.
