New Houses are desperately needed in Wrexham Especially 2 bedroom houses (if the planning can get over the stupid phosphorus in rivers rules) the more houses that are built in Wrexham the better to keep house prices from increasing even faster. If amenities are not in the area like Dr’s, Schools then recruit the Dr’s, & fix the schools not stop the house building, Some Wrexham Councillors seem selfish & not fit for the job.

Its Disgraceful that GP Surgery Don’t accept no advance bookings as this Actually frees up the phones lines but just accept same day booking, that way many will NEVER get an appointment, i hope my Surgery never goes that way.

For McDonalds & the Racecourse development I cant seem to find in Plain English why/How extra Phosphates are getting into the Water ways? is it just from the disturbance of the land? from Toilets? Can anyone explain the logic in Plain English.

Although I would prefer an EV charging station I cant believe once again Phosphates has been used to as an excuse to dismiss a development in Wrexham “The appeal was eventually dismissed over phosphates”. Seems like not even a if you do this then it will be approved but NO. Im sorry but this is just Natural Resources Wales (NRW) having to much POWER & Loving it, they are jobsworth, NRW needs oversite urgently.

Some have seen this issue coming, Hydrogen is going to produce Hydrogen from renewables & to eventually replace domestic gas with Hydrogen, but unfortunately we in the North west & north wales will need a new boiler but much cheaper than an air source heat pump. Hydrogen Boilers should be available from early next year but again will take time to roll this out.

Which LFT are you using, the throat & nose ones or the NEW just nose swab ones? ive read multiple reports that just swabbing the nose is less accurate especially for the omicron varient. Ive seen users use the nose only kits, swap just nose then another test with nose & throat & just the nose gave negative but with throat gave a positive result?

Its advised to ignore the instructions & swab the throat as well which can be hard as the new swab sticks are so so short.

Instead of a McDonald’s someone should install a Electric Charging Hub in the location, with at least 15 charging stations not the pathetic 2 most install, with charging speeds from 120kWh to 300Kwh, there is NO WHERE around Wrexham for fast charging apart from Morrisons JUST 2 50kWh & just 2 in Lidl. No wonder most people can’t get an electric car.

Once again Wrexham Planning department showing its not fit for Purpose & so are some of the Councilers, No local objection to Lindop Brothers carshowroom expansion of carpark, BUT chief planning officer Lawrence Isted recommended the plans were refused, stating that the development had not met the “exceptional circumstances” needed to justify an extension onto green barrier land. It will only take a vary small part of the Green Belt, Council more interested in a very small part of the Green Belt then stopping a LONG running business from closing & loosing jobs. Even with most residents ok with the development.

Shame on you Wrexham Council, sounds like Another appeal coming.

Nice that the council is building more council homes as it will save them money as they would stop paying to house people in private property’s, stop paying over priced rent to private landlords, but Totally agree, doesn’t the Council already own its own land around Wrexham? so the land would be free? even if they do have to buy their own land, the builders much be making a large profit from the council, actual house building has hardly changed in the last 15 years its land prices that have gone up dramatically. Hope someone is auditing the costs.
