I can only concur with the sentiments already expressed.
What’s frightening is that there is an idiot loose who has the means and wherewithal to destroy an animal with a single shot. The entry wound suggests the perpetrator knew exactly where to hit in order to inflict maximum damage and thus needs to be caught as a matter of urgency.
When they hopefully are, sadly they won’t be handed over to Rentokil, who are adept at disposing of vermin.As ever, the board at WMH are about as much use as a catflap on a submarine! April?? WHY??
As already pointed out, the structures(traffic lights etc) are there, road markings too so why must we wait another 2 months to remove a couple of wire fences?
Were such obstacles in place at the ivory tower(HQ) end they’d be removed in a matter of hours no doubt!

The Police(well, several of them) most certainly ARE on overtime for that match! NWP do not have that many officers on duty on any other Saturday. Still, one managed to get a good 40 winks, snoring his head off in the ‘Rowdy’ van with the door wide open as I cycled past, bless him.
From match reports one would surmise he wasn’t the only one gaining wages under false pretences, apparently 22 men were seen masquerading as professional footballers.
