16 year old charged with range of driving offences in Rhos

Local police have said a 16 year old was charged with a range of offences yesterday.

Wrexham Rural officers said, “Shortly before 11:00 hours a vehicle failed to stop for officers in Rhos.

“The vehicle was located and driver arrested. A 16 year old male has now been charged with – Failing to stop for police, driving without due care and attention, driving with no insurance, driving without a driving licence, driving with no MOT and possession of Cannabis.

“He has been charged to appear at court in May.

In an update they also said a “traffic offence report” has also been issued by officers in Rossett on the new one way system of Chester Road/Holt Road noting “there is ample signage in place. Patrols will continue in this area.”
