3G coverage

Still no change whatsoever in Wrexham. 3G none existent throughout the town centre. Very frustrating when you have business things going on that you can’t keep on top of while in town.

EE customers now have the opportunity of getting to the front of the phone queue by paying 50p to speak to customer services, the alternative a long wait on the line I suppose ! Some companies don’t deserve customers.

spoke to EE level 2 tech support today, they are waiting for BT to run fibre to the mast in town to ease congestion – hence why we have signal but data doesnt work – which could take 6 months!!
