I’m quoting from The Gaurdian and The Independant the two top left wing supporting broadsheets in Britain (it has a capital because it is a proper noun). And tell me this, if Stop the War really is an anti war group, and not a collection of disaffected Antisemitic, homophobic terror supporting Stalinists why didn’t it come out publically when Russia invaded the sovereign nation of the Ukraine and condemn this act of violence? Why hasn’t it protested outside the Russian embassy, they are currently bombing both the terror group Isis and the opponents of Assad. They haven’t because the leadership of Stop the War are worshipping old fashion communists who think that Stalin (who murdered more than Hitler) had the right idea.

Why have they never condemned the 1000s of terror acts perpetrated by Hamas and Hezbollah? Because their leaders are a group of extremists who support and desire the obliteration of democracy, freedom of speech and equality. You call me hate filled yet I am not the person supporting a group who refuse to condemn the murder of men because they are gay, who refuse to condemn the murder of women because they are no longer sexually useful, and who blame the victims of terror for the actions of the terrorists, you on the other hand patently do support both Stop the War and the vileness for which they stand. As I said before anyone who thinks that it’s ok to throw men off towers because they are gay, is worthless and their opinion of even less worth.

Deary me what a one-eyed view of the world you have. The independant is that left wing that they backed the conservative led coalition in the last general election.

The road was originally planned as a dual carriageway but was built as a single carriageway due to cuts by the Tory government at the time.same as the Oswestry bypass
If the houses are built (I have no problem), I want the council to impose 1 restriction on them, for the first 1 month only Owner Occupiers can buy the homes, after that anyone including property developers can buy the houses.

Just look at the houses on the old remploy site, virtually all the So called “Starter Homes” mainly 2 bedroom are snapped up within a few days of going on sale to property developers, home buyers have no chance getting in there first.

This is why there is a house shortage so many rented property’s.
You are correct that landlords are buying up these cheaper properties to rent out at high rents and there should be a window of opportunity for owner occupiers to have the chance to try and get a mortgage together to purchase these houses, say 3 months or similar.

There is a brownfield site which is being prepped for a housing site in Acrefair, the old Air Products site.

completely agree it is outdated, but how soon after it was purchased did it become outdated?

The system has been in at least 20 years not really a surprise it needs updating as they are still using vhs tapes to record. The actually backbone of the network is optical fibre which is perfectly viable but is going over to WiFi as a cost cutting measure only as there is no way it can compete with a fibre network so maybe false economy in the long run.

I find that the worst offenders are the skip lorries. Half their loads come off as they are driving along.
Those blue lorries from Liverpool going to Johnstown quarry to dump their loads used to arrive half empty,it was scattered along the 483.
I cannot recall any prosecutions for littering .

I reported similar to the environment agency who spoke to the site operators who sent 2 employees down to the slip road to pick up all the rubbish that had blown off the skip wagons. It still happens on a regular basis though
