Also I wonder how they will regulate parking there, i can imagine it will be a pretty handy place to park on match days ;)

In a few you enter and exit the car park via a barrier, which you can enter freely but must obtain a keycode from reception to leave.

No idea if they’d do it here.

The original planning docs did state the junction would be light controlled with pedestrian crossings.

I would imagine they will only be triggered when a pedestrian activates the crossing or a vehicle comes out of the Premier Inn.

    uhhh…

Only the food that would be just chucked in the black waste bin outside your door as normal would go in the grey bin.

There should be no increase in food waste left outside than normal?

Mailinator looks dubious since it doesn’t use a password system at all – to read email just just need the email address.

But still, anyone can do the same thing through gmail or hotmail – a one time, “disposable” email address to register on a social network or forum. People dislike providing their emails to third parties in case of spam or theft of personal details.

The nature of the internet allows everything to be spoofed. Even an IP through a proxy. Also if you’re in a public wifi or internet area the IP will not be tracable to a person.

If I am remembering correctly, I believe the original “beach” failed because funding could not be procured – I read local businesses pledged a lot as well as Eagles Meadow giving match funding.

Nope! It’s not a roundabout. It’s two lanes of traffic. No one has right of way. If you need to change lanes it is your responsibility to ensure the lane you are moving into is clear.

Exactly. It’s a free flow junction, and the only people who need to give way are those changing lanes.

After this news, it’s a shame the “main” beach they planned this year fell through. Especially with the heatwave!

The council could have forced people to merge by extending the kerbing on the traffic island so cars were both pointing the same way before a decision on merging had to take place.

HGVs and buses must use this road also to supply our shops and businesses. They do not have the same turn circle as a car and so may require the red painted area in order to pass through this area.

Yes that’s a very easy way for spammers to automatically harvest your email.
