Over 500 people have registered interest in new homes being built in Rossett, the developer behind the project has said.

Castle Green Homes say they are preparing to release the first homes for sale at Trevalyn Place, on Rossett Road, this summer.

Trevalyn Place will consist of 99 private sale properties, including a mix of three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, many of which will benefit from views over open countryside.

Prices for the properties will be announced at the launch, and probably not able to be found on Wrexham.com .

The development will also include 33 affordable homes.

Around 11 acres of the overall 15-acre site will be developed, with mature landscaping around the boundary retained and pockets of public open space throughout the new neighbourhood.

Developers say community investment agreed during the planning process includes local schools sharing circa £900,000, with the funding to be distributed via the local authority.

Sales director Sian Pitt said: “The volume of enquiries we’ve received from people looking for a new home in Rossett reflects our research into the local market.

“There’s a high demand for homes in Rossett and at Trevalyn Place we’re addressing that need by building a good mix of aspirational yet functional homes.

“In response to the number of enquiries we’ve received, we’ll soon be releasing the first homes for sale off plan.

“There’s already the option to take virtual tours inside the homes we’re building via the website, with the ability to view furnished or unfurnished.

“We’d encourage anyone considering moving here to create a Willow account via our website in readiness for the launch.

“They’ll be able to book an appointment with the sales team, select their favourite homes, explore the exquisite specification options we offer and then reserve their new home online.”
