The idea generally is to attach infrastructure to lamp-posts and buildings and create a true “zone” rather than one shop.

It seems the new Eagles Meadow junction is popular. I don’t eve think it’s down to signage, there is a yellow sign on the approach as well as the paint. I think people just do it because they can.

As for merging in turn by Dunhelm, it would still be standard practice to try doing so; if nobody lets you out stop further along rather than right away so those behind you can carry on rather than blocking the road.

I imagine selling the land with planning permission would also raise the funds necessary for Imperial Commercials to even move in the first place. No houses, no move.

Noticed this myself! The 30 flashes red if you’re over and Green if you’re under. Councillors love these LED reminders.

My personal gripe is actually near Eagles Meadow, right by Anise! Two lanes, the left for Smithfield/left turn only, and the right lane for straight over/right turns, yet half the town get into the left and go straight over toward Hightown!

A friend of mine on Facebook says he got out of a Helicopter on Westminster Drive and into a car. Must have been on the field there.
