On a side note – A representative from Tesco Wrexham said at the Town Centre Forum that they have switched their number plate cameras back on / issuing warning letters to try and prevent people from using their parking.

Can’t blame them, why should their customers suffer when others are screwing theirs!

They are obviously planning on hovering out the pockets of Christmas shoppers, more than ever now its time to Christmas shop on line, Shrewsbury, Chester, Liverpool and at least have a nice day out as well as picking up Christmas gifts.

Love the response from 3 in the news story.

“a representative from Three has commented on the petition stating they will ‘review each case on an individual basis’.”

Many people have said they will not visit it because it sells things like kangaroo meat.

    ???? Really ????

Its like saying a Muslim will not shop at the big UK supermarkets because they sell pork, they dont have to buy it.

It’s all part of a cunning plan to make people shop in Wrexham.

People will go the other way to a town filled with lovely old buildings, Shrewsbury

Sad for the pub, but very happy that Acton Gate Audio are making use of the building. Also be nice for them to have some parking facilities, hopefully they can keep competing with internet pricing and grow from strength to strength!

I am still unclear why it is printed in Polish as all, the school has children who also have an Arabic background and other nationalities. If I was one of them I would be mighty upset that my polish friends were having special treatment and documents were not printed in my own language.

The government are spouting all this rubbish about immigrants needing to speak English before being allowed in, then things like this are allowed to happen.

Wonder how far I would get if I went to live in Dubai and demanded everything in Welsh?

I cross it several time a day as I live close by, and I can understand people comments I suspect the bricks will eventually weather to a similar colour?

My concern is the length of time its taking is ridiculous!!!

Previously the traffic lights worked on the sensors, so while this made little difference during busy times as least when it was quiet through the evening and night the light would change as you drove up to them, now they have a fixed time of about 90 seconds regardless of the traffic demand.

What I would love to know more than the waste of money is if its made any difference to the accidents? I know that their are still the same accidents to the same severity through Rhostyllen even though the speed was dropped from 40 to 30, but I’d guess the speed camera revenue has gone up…. RESULT!!
