Just one more reason for my family and I to shop in Chester. High parking charges there but at least it’s worth it! As someone else said, just don’t park there anymore.
In my opinion involving the police will just escalate the matter, your neighbour will just go and find another way of annoying you instead. Sounds like you just have a very awkward neighbour.
Smoking should be banned in cars full stop! I can’t believe it hasn’t already. It can be just as dangerous as using a mobile phone. What happens if somebody drops a cigarette in their car whilst driving? The first thing they will do is panic and take their eyes off the road – and I get so annoyed when ignorant people throw their cigarette ends out and hit my vehicle! Total ban for me.
Council Tax goes up, services go down. Makes no sense at all.
If this had affected my family I would, without a doubt, leave the rubbish on the streets.I feel for the people who live in the Johnstown / Ruabon area with the landfill. I drove through there the other day and the smell was awful.
The 3 bed is a penthouse so will be a lot more expensive, just look at the difference between them. Why somebody would even consider 325k on an apartment is beyond me, you can buy a 4/5 bed detached house in a very good area for that kind of money. What you have to remember is that a lot of apartments get bought by investors to let out so your neighbours could change regularly. Caxton Place is a prime example of this.
