Multi vehicle crash on A483 southbound from Chester

The A483 is partially blocked at the north end of the bypass.

The incident is southbound and is described by one eyewitness as a ‘four car accident’, leaving one lane blocked.

The incident occurred around 6:25pm , with drivers seen getting out of vehicles.

Another person has told us of a number of sirens heard around 6:30pm in the Posthouse roundabout area.

Matty told us at 6:45pm “Travelling on the A483 to wrexham? Go through Rossett. Tailbacks. I think there’s been a crash with two police cars going through.”
