“A company has been fined the maximum amount for breaching their planning conditions on the Home Farm Housing Development in Llay.
The Magistrates Court fined the company £666, plus costs of £280 and Victim Surcharge of £266″
Really, just £666 after multiple breaches of conditions, even after Notice had been served.
Obviously ignoring the rules, and paying the fine, was financially advantageous.
That shouldn’t be the case.
No wonder terms and conditions are frequently ignored.
