Anyone else expecting this fund to run dry about 10 miles North of Cardiff?
Yes I agree, Wrexham & other North wales stations will probably get less then £50,000 each & all that will just go on just CCTV.
I have seen a couple of mentions of similar around – and have spoken with WCBC this morning.

Wrexham Council has confirmed there are no plans to sell off any part of Lambpit Street offices.
From LeaderLive, The developer then moved the goalposts and said it needed to change the affordable homes contribution to ensure a 15 per cent profit, which is deemed to be at the lower end of housing viability.

Did Wrexham Council negotiate higher than £29,000 if so why have we not heard about it? The developer needed to ensure a 15% profit, tough.

Typical greedy developers, I totally understand if the payment went from £300,000 to say £200,000 buy to £29,000 that would not even build 2 extensions to a house. The developer new they were promising way over the odds just to get planning permission. If they loose money well thats life, learn to be truthful next time.

The only way councils will get more money, is when the UK government is finally in the Black in 3 to 6 years time?? then the money can be finally given back to us. Also we are paying 48 Billion in just interest payments each Year, but that will take over 50 years to pay off. Thank you Labour majority of the debt.

Some people are stuck in there ways, some Labour & conservatives will always vote that way even if they never watch the news & read a manifesto, blind loyalty or lemmings.

MPs are voted in by the public to represent us, so should vote the way the people vote, I voted to remain, but not a Remoner & the MP should vote the way the local voters voted.

Government caused the problem, the changes to the GP funding & pensions, has forced many to go part time or retire early otherwise they would have to much pension (terrible problem to have) But still we need houses, the house prices prove that, they are all at least 40% over priced. More 2 bedroom started homes & cheaper rented houses are needed.

So government & NHS should change the financial intensives, wages & the rules for NEW GPS to less go part time & retire early.
