Careless parking on the access road adds to the safety concerns for residents – in some cases the access has been completely blocked – not just for residents of course but for emergency vehicles also. Then there are the thoughtless and disrespectful folk who park in the parking bays owned by residents. How would you feel if some stranger parked their car in your driveway without permission.

I sincerely hope that your response to me doesn’t imply that I do any of those things…

I’ve never been to collect something from there without being able to find a parking spot in Caxton Place. Maybe I’ve just been lucky.

The whole “I can’t stop unless you put your arm out” is a standard thing all across the country these days, not just here.

To me that’s not a new thing. I’m in my 50s and as youngsters we always had to hail the bus, or else it wouldn’t stop.

if you buy on-line from Store 21 then you can return the item within 14 days for a full refund.

Because you’re covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations.

Sammy it really does pay to know what you’re talking about before spouting off ‘the law’.

Corrugated can go in the green ‘garden waste’ bin or the blue bag. So you can get rid of it either way.
