What a poor report. Caia does , like many areas , have its problems but there is much that has been achieved there. Two new schools provide a lovely environment for children, a new health centre within the community to help improve health and homes that are undergoing a programme of improvements , the new insulation on the exteriors are obvious for all to see. They couldn’t fail to see all of this when driving through but they had their own agenda.
