I was pleasantly surprised to find 3G service on O2 was better today in town; unsure if it was a one-off or a sign of improvement

Each time I log a problem on the O2 network iPhone app they call me to discuss it. She said I raise it a few times and that the more it’s raised the more it’s looked into. She said if more people raised problems more often it would become a critical issue.

So, if you’re on O2 and have an iPhone please do it regularly

Why would it be bad for them to move? Maybe a bigger branch could be better?

Sounds like all the banks are going the same way…Nationwide I can say aren’t losing their counter!

Thinking of the service, what are people’s thoughts on the new barclays layout? Word is Halifax is due for a similar refurb and possibly Santander too

I just had a call from O2 as I use their app to report problems. The man said that as I have logged it every day it raises it higher. More people logging more often also raises it.

My suggestion is if you’ve an iPhone get this app if you’re on O2 and report all problems regularly

There is/was a tunnel connecting High Street and the parish church. Is has been permanent blocked out on the high street end

Coming off the A483 from Johnstown way onto that roundabout with a turning to Gwersyllt and town centre etc, so many people stay in the right lame for town centre and Sainsbury’s. should be left lane – The right hand lane is for B&Q and hospital way (or all the way back onto A483 the way you came. So annoying that nobody reads the signs nor the road
