    You can view the plans for the redevelopment for the former Hightown Flats at the Hightown Community Centre,Brynycabanau Road, Hightown, Wrexham, LL13 0NP.
    on Thursday 15th December 2011 from 3pm to 8 pm. Everyone is welcome and all you need to do is turn up. No appointments necessary!

    If you want to double up your Clubcard vouchers for selected departments in Tesco you need to move fast. The scheme ends at the end of the month!

    Someone has just mentioned to me that they have reduced the number of packets of crisps from 6 to 5 in many of their multipacks !

    I don’t agree with you there Moz , the Council poured millions into the maintenance of the Hightown Flats over the years but could not overcome the inherent desgin flaw of the “walkways”.

    The traditional Victorian Christmas Market is on for three week-ends starting next weekend December 3rd and 4th . A good time to get into the Christmas spirit, as well as an opportunity to buy some unusual presents. Father Christmas has promised to be there too!!

    Another company under pressure with shops in Wrexham is Thomas Cook. The 200 million loan secured on Friday only buys time. Some restructing it seems will follow.
