The problem with the Council with regard to markets appears to me,they are above listening, together with poor market management from Economic Development. If the public get involved too heavily with questions and ideas, there is every chance you could receive a letter to tell you they could instigate the Vexatious and/ or Unreasonably Persistent Complaints Procedure against you. The Council will eventually do what they want.

Rondetto. I have heard on the grapevine, that a new shop will be opening on the corner of Chester Street/Henblas Street in the next couple of weeks. Watch this space.

This property is owned by the Council. It seems that the Council are unable to let any of their small shop premises, looking at the empty premises they have in Henblas Street. Could one reason be that the Council are asking too much rent?

I maybe wrong but I am led to believe it is on a percentage basis, 2 turds to the Council and 1 turd to Kingdom Security. Then again you cannot believe all you are told.

Some of the problems I find with parking at the Maelor Hospital are.
People arrive early(which I can understand )for fear of being late for an appointment.
If the outpatients clinics are running late which they invariably are.You can have three vehicles in essence trying to get into the one space. You have the first patient parked up, an hour behind as the clinic is late, you have the second patient also parked up but held up in the hospital, and the third patient also parked up again waiting to be seen.Three car parking spaces being taken up by the clinic being late.
But the general public think you can only use the Guildhall car park at the weekend. If the disabled spaces are open to blue badge holders seven days a week , please use your contacts to advertise the fact!
Wrexview, I believe that councillor x is, as he states. He is an ex councillor of WCBC not a present councillor.
