Not really, Dagg, as the posters will still be there and we still a tracked more!!Being serious for once, I understand the terrible history of the place and would understand if any of the victims would want it raised to the ground, but on the other hand it is a fantastic piece of 17th century architect and it would be a shame if it were lost to little lego brick 2 up and 2 downs. If every building with a bad history was to be destroyed, London for instance would be a waste land with the Tower the first to be bulldozed!

Listen Craptin, you are obviously aiming this at me as I am both extremely clever and extremely funny, and you acquisition that I spoil good threads with my stupid remarks is like the kettle calling the pot or what ever it is!! Free speech is all about, well speech and its er…free. Maureen was persecuted off this site, for her crazy threads, so lets here no more about it!!
I understand your point J, but I would bet if I went and posted or painted something in the TC, I would be arrested and prosecuted straight away! The council most know when these events are due and where the posters target, so with CCTV and the police, why not perform a couple of hits on them and maybe it will reduce in time!

Good points both, but the identified budget / overspend figure is based on unrealistic budget forecasts set be so called ‘expert consultants’ who a couple of years ago identified massive savings on unworkable ideas. Money saving yes, taking into consideration of the requirements of SEN transport NO!
