Nightingale House are holding a Summer Fair on Llwyn Isaf this Saturday from 12pm -4pm , lots of things to do all for 50p admission. I wonder if they had decided to run an event based around a ” Beach” if it would have been perceived differently?

Ambulances are routinely waiting outside hospital’s A&E departments, as many as nine have been seen locally outside the Maelor Hospital. How are they addressing this problem? Are they confident they have a solution?

( If they blame the Welsh Ambulance Service , they are ducking their responsibility,)

Not sure what is meant by a ” public meeting” , many of these meetings are based on written questions submitted before the meeting and some are selected by the panel for discussion. I really hope this is a genuine public meeting and they take questions from the floor. Among topics that need addressing are the NHS in Wales, covering many aspects , the standard of education locally and nationally and communications.

Everything that applies to owners of animals and vets also applies to people and doctors. Workers would find it very helpful to be able to have week-end appointments. It is all down to organisation , no one is expecting a doctor to work 7 days a week. Many businesses and organisations provide cover 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Why were doctors allowed to negate their responsibility for their patients from Friday evening until Monday morning ?

What sort of things can’t you buy? I often wonder what shops we should be trying to attract to Wrexham.

There was one in the 90’s , I was sitting at the kitchen table and the floor shook and china rattled, it was over in a few seconds before I really knew what was happening.

If it was England then it would probably become one of the new Free Schools.

Good idea to involve the local football club, perhaps they could contribute by organising some activities for the children on Llwyn Isaf , they are the season ticket holders of the future!

Thanks for the link Adam , by reading to the bottom of the article it does indeed look like Wrexham does receive money from the Welsh Government!

What really surprised me was the fact that the Welsh Assembly have subsidised some Food Festivals to the tune of £5 million over the last five years! I don’t think Wrexham is one of them.
