That’s a no no then WD. After numerous visits to Wrexham he is still undecided. He viewed 2 houses on the Fairways estate but didn’t like the big estate feel and how much they were overlooked for the money. The short list is Borras, Acton, Gresford area. He will be viewing more houses over the coming few months. It seems like a pretty good time to buy as house prices around here seem to have fallen quite a bit!

Well I’m certainly not jealous maggy. No offence but Marford or Rossett do not appeal to me at all and wouldn’t to my friend either. Each to their own I suppose :D

This is great news. I just hope it’s good value for money unlike Frankie & Bennys! We used to love this place but recently the quality has dropped, had a pizza there recently that was more like a pancake! Not a bit of bread in sight and it cost £12. Last time we eat there!

I just wish they would do what they are supposed to do and target roads/areas where people are driving dangerously and not in places like this where they may get people doing 45mph! They also seem to love sitting at the bottom of hills (in 30 mph areas) or anywhere where there are double lanes and the speed limit is low. Pure money making.

My Wife has a works car park that we use (when other people don’t rudely pinch the paid for places) but I’d still rather shop in Chester. Sad I know, but true. Wrexham town centre is slowly becoming a ghost town thanks to the pathetic Eagles Meadow site.

We regularly have waste left lying around. The bin men just throw the bins around damaging them and whatever they come into contact with – total morons. If any of them spoke to my family the way they did to that lady they best change there round, fast!

The huge potholes need repairing PROPERLY aswell and not just patching in, only for them to re-appear in a months time! It’s an absolute disgrace that we pay so much road tax and the roads are in tatters!

I have no proof of the actual speeds on this road but I live in that area and travel up and down that stretch of road up to 5-6 times per day. Whilst travelling at 60-70mph I regularly get overtaken by cars that make me look like I am stationery, some of them racing. I can pretty much guarantee that if I had access to speed camera equipment and was set up on that road on a Saturday I would catch at least 25-30 cars going well over 80-90mph and probably another 10-15 even over 100mph. I don’t know if a fixed speed camera is the answer, it probably isn’t, but cars racing on public roads is dangerous and needs to be stopped.
As for smoking whilst driving…I cannot believe that this is still legal! What really annoys me is when the driver in front decides to throw their fag out the window straight onto your vehicle, or into your grill/engine!!

So, cars travelling over 100mph side by side, trying to outdo each other is safe is it?? This happens regularly on this piece of road.
