Each candidate has been invited to make a written statement as well:
“I have decided that rather than complain about other peoples actions, or lack of them, I will do my utmost to bring much-needed change myself. I sincerely believe that UKIP can and will put the “Great” back into Great Britain.
Following service in the Royal Marines, including active service in the South Atlantic in 1982 and too many winters in Norway, I have been gainfully employed in a wide range of occupations, including teaching (I have a Science degree), music and leisure sports (diving), but eventually settled to the Heating and Plumbing industry, working as a gas and oil engineer for many years until health issues forced me “off the tools”. I am currently self-employed, and am contracted to OFTEC (Oil Firing Technical Association) as a regional inspector.
Education: BSc Microbial and Cellular Biology, University of Plymouth. Ratcliffe College for Boys, Syston, Leicestershire.
Goals: My wife has spent her entire working life to date in Nursing, and I have spent more time that I would wish in and around hospitals, so if elected, I would turn my efforts and attentions to the Health Service in Wales, and particularly Betsy Cadwalader University Health Board, which is currently receiving a lot of attention for all the wrong reasons.
I am also passionate about education, the care of our elderly, and the welfare of ex-servicemen and women. ”
As the videos come out we would encourage you to share them to as many people as possible, analyse and discuss the content and hopefully get people to take part and vote in the election!
