I think people here are missing the point – WCBC are not “proposing” a 3 weekly bin cycle – they are using it as such a ridiculous and impractical alternative that people “agree” to pay £30 for their green bin, effectively an extra council tax sum.

Surely, over time, small business owners in Welsh border towns like Wrexham are going to think “I’ll try my luck over the border” in places like Oswestry or Chester.

I would think that towns and cities with universities would have more of these, for students. Landlords can make much more overall income, although it also comes with more hassle, risk, maintenance, etc
Argos is part of the same group as Homebase so I would think that Argos is only there because Homebase is, so I expect both will go, but hopefully not.
Funnily enough, I’m more annoyed about the Argos going, that was quite handy.
I heard a whisper that a fencing company was taking over the site, can’t rememebr the name though, I’d never heard of it.
