I and two other cars overtook him when he indicated he was stopping at a bus stop, he then just I had gone past turned right instead up a side road. He had indicated left but then started to turn right. I do think this is a bit odd that I am being integrated for being the victim of road rage. Regardless of what you think of the other persons driving, you don’t follow them home, get out of your vehicle and start screaming at them. But don’t worry guys, I know as a woman it must of been my fault.

Wow what a little hysteric! Mmm stayed with me? Well it’s not every day you get followed home by a man who then gets out of his bus and starts screaming at you, so I suppose it claimed a place in my memory as an amusing anecdote.
I’m sure you have your reasons for defending what was essentially road rage so vehemently, maybe you are one who thinks following people home to scream at them is acceptable behaviour for a professional driver? Or maybe you were the rage filled driver, either way your defence of road rage is very interesting.

I got followed home by a bus driver as he was unhappy with my driving. Totally ignored the route, as I got out of the car he jumped out of the bus and started screaming at me, all the little old ladies looking on. What he was unaware of was Mr C was home and not in the mood for a psychotic bus driver to shout at his wife. I left them to it and started putting the shopping away, as the arguement reached its zenith, the bus driver raised his fist, Mr C whipped out his phone and took a photo of him. It seemed to bring him to his senses as he quickly got back on the bus and drove off.
I would like to state that he was in the wrong as he had been using the wrong indicators!

I wouldn’t count your chickens re Splash Madoc’s profits yet. The Council had heavily subsidiseds the use of the leisure centre by the public and absorbed the running costs which are extemely expensive. Running a pool is one the most regulated areas, there are constant inspections which have a cost, the cost of the filtration units which have to be regularly serviced which have a cost. All pool side staff have to have regular training and membership to life guarding associations.
They have to employ staff with specialist knowledge of the filtration units, and water treatments, that is a cost, and one you can’t skimp on if you don’t want to see Plas Madoc disappear in a cloud of chlorine gas.
That’s just a fraction of the costs of running the building. I’ll be interested to see what the usage of the centre will be once the honeymoon is over and if they can continue to keep the prices at a level which the community is willing to pay.

I bet when they left the Labour party they never thought the new Independent Leader Mark Pritchard would turn out to be a political pygmy who has made Wrexham Council look like a spoilt child having a tantrum.

It worked with drink driving, whilst it is still a menace, it has become socially unacceptable to the majority, when less than 30 years ago it was not seem as that serious.

It has a lift, yes but only to one side of the building. There are other areas which are definitely not accessible to those who have mobility issues. The lift was put in to ensure that members of the public could access the main facilities but completely ignored any disabled staff who may wish to work there.

It’s an interesting discussion, I wonder how many tradesmen who do the cash in hand jobs (wink wink), and those who are more than happy to pay the reduced rate are currently vilifying the banks for helping people avoid or evade tax?

The black economy accounts for a huge amount of lost revenue to HMRC, and pushes the benefit cost to the country up, through fraudulently claimed income based benefits.
You can’t have it both ways, either you are happy to turn a blind eye to everyone avoiding/evading tax or nobody.
