Most people probably think that benefit scroungers are more of a drain on our society than people doing some work which is not correctly declared.

Whether that’s correct or not I’m not really sure myself but it’s certainly easier to feel sorry for someone grafting away for 10 hours cleaning cars than people who sit on their ar$es doing jack sh1t.

    Well said :):)

I’m not surprised they look as they do if they’re outside washing cars all day.
I’ve had my car washed by them and they do a good job.
Maybe we can get the long term unemployed and benefit scroungers to take their place.

Yes I agree, I can’t speak for the Sainsbury’s outfit but I wouldn’t have them do my car for the simple reason of the one bucket scenario nothing to do with what they look like.

But I have had mine done at tescos and they do an excellent job.
Of course I know they are breaking the law, but at least they are working here and as you say I would think there are plenty in Wrexham who are just waiting to take their places not ..

Wrexham Council’s approach to this complex question will not be the same as Flintshire’s and this may or not be the “right road”. Without knowing all the specifics of each authority, it is very difficult to calculate the best approach and one Council might have scope to cut in some areas and the other not.

We will all get our NIMBY heads on if the cuts affect our own interests but I do hope that the respective Councils adopt intelligent criteria whatever approach they take

“intelligent criteria” and Wrexham Council :D:D

After passing on the way to or from work 5.30am / 6.00am Most of the lamps are off, just a few for pilot lighting. I think they are all on until about 11.00pm, once the car park is closed then the lights are mostly turned off.

It is very well lit the rest of the time, however if it was dark and dingy we would moan its unsafe. Can’t believe the charges have risen so much. I’m sure their is a bigger hidden plan to close Wrexham.

I think you are right about a plan to close Wrexham, because at least then you could see some sense in what is happening all over the town :( ;)

Took the grandchildren ten pin bowling on Sunday, it was pouring with rain so decided to park in eagles meadow car park, I now realize why when you pass there are not many cars in there £3.50 to park !! a lot of places these days are either free parking or at least reasonable charges no wonder Wrexhams struggling, will go to Chester next time…

Although having said that I am sure a few black and white slabs in King Street will be a big attraction .. Ah that’s why they are increasing parking charges, because they think people will be more attracted to the town !! still it will be nice for all the students to walk along…
