Making the road one way will cause huge tailbacks between the Fairy Road Roundabout and the Belle Vue Traffic lights and also on Ruabon Road towards Pen Y Bryn simply because anyone from the Pen Y Bryn area who needs to get to Coedpoeth etc will not be able to turn right or left, this will also lead to congestion on the likes of Poyser Street etc. The queues at those lights are bad enough now since the roundabout was replaced with lights so the whole area will become a total gridlock zone

What about a clampdown on parking right outside schools on picking up and dropping off times before someone is seriously injured or worse ?

Then the current residents will have to suffer the consequences which will be disastrous if this barmy idea goes ahead

All it’s contributed to is to cause one of the worst designed road systems in living memory
