You can join the army at 16, work full time and even get married with parental consent! That being the case, I think 16 year olds should be able to vote!

Janey[/quote] With parental consent maybe as with most other things. Parents are best placed to know if their children are mature enough to vote, get married, join the army etc.

What’ll be funny on Thursday, as Labour suffer their biggest electoral defeat since the Michael Foot era, is when those bright young things from Momemtum, finally realise that they needed the votes of those that they previously derided as ‘Gammons’ and accused of enjoying ‘White Male Privilege’.
