I have yet to visit Belgium. My holiday destinations are predictable. The Greek Islands, Spanish Islands or Canaries. I have just realised I am an island lover! :)

Where? and what do you do there?

I work for the European institutions, albeit in a fairly lowly capacity.

Well, Belgium would certainly be a different kind of holiday, but there’s still quite a few interesting places to see…

I use the lille and brussels airports triangle (and the rail network in between) quite frequently.

Which institution? Where do you live in brussels? Do you speak both of the belgium tongues? Perhaps you could give an account about the zone (and not the city centre) that you live in hat has the same level of complexity as your account of wrexham? Would love to explore the other areas of the city rather than the city centre, the railway stations and the airports.

I could certainly give you a few pointers about other parts of Brussels to visit, but it would be going way off topic here. Maybe I could post something in the ‘take a break’ or ‘introductions’ section…

What part of Brussels do you live in? And which institution do you work in?.

Very wise not to be pressured.
