Groves – same message new messenger

What on earth where the Council thinking about – leaking they were going to make some massive announcement about the Groves only to deliver what everyone already knew– the only difference is a different Lead Member for Education.

There was more news from Cllr Hugh Jones about the encampment at the Groves than what will happen with the site as a whole.
