A483 To Chester Closed By Police By Rossett

Just after 2pm today there was large police activity around Rossett / Northbound A483. This resulted in the northbound section of the bypass being closed to traffic from Rossett onwards. The police helicopter was in attendance as well.
UPDATE: As of 5:30pm the incident is over and road reopened.
