Disappointed by Labour going with someone who just wants to be elected. She has no local affinity and apart from a staged picture litter picking has done nothing for Wrexham. I think this will haunt them for years to come. Logically you would have thought putting someone with a local profile up would have been the best chance. No way I will vote Conservative or Brexit. Do the Lib Dem’s have a credible local candidate?

Apart from the individual seats the prediction overall was pretty close to the eventual result.

So glad that the people of Wrexham especially the younger voters made the right choice. If there is another election in the next 18 months I hope for even better results. Let’s face it…when Corbyn was given unbiased coverage in the press he just grew and every time May spoke her rating went down. Robotic responses…Strong and stable but yet obviously very weak and frightened of questions from the general public. A terrible campaign, terrible manifesto and a clueless candidate in Wrexham..only themselves to blame.

Dick! A Conservative responsible for Anti Poverty is just ironic…surely you can see it. Theresa May is just clueless. More faces than the Stiwt clock and I am hoping that she has made the most catastrophic miscalculation by calling a snap election. A vote for the Tories and get austerity, broken promises, death taxes and an NHS that is broken beyond repair. A Hard Brexit will hit this country hard, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work that out. So the people of Wrexham have a clear choice at this election…vote May and continue down the route of an ever increasing deficit, greater cuts, hard brexit and oh yes don’t forget that fantastic social care promise in the manifesto or….vote Labour and help reduce her majority so that the Tories can be held to account.

I hope the people of Wrexham see the Conservatives for what they are. More revisions to their manifesto, Theresa May more faces than the Stiwt Clock. A vote for Atkinson is a vote for a guy who…begged to be elected as a Councillor, spends his days looking for a photo opportunity, joins groups to take some press coverage and then disappears into thin air. Guy is just not the level of candidate that Wrexham deserves.

We need to ensure that Theresa May doesn’t increase her majority..the polls are tightening. Let’s make sure the Tories don’t take Wrexham. A vote for the Lib Dems or Plaid is just a vote for Atkinson. Use your vote for Labour if you don’t want a Tory in, only realistic chance of keeping them out.

Has Wrexham’s answer to Donald Trump gone? Look forward to the next 5 years…..will watch the webcasts with interest. I see Theresa May is in Wrexham today, Mr Atkinson seen looking for a photo opportunity hide your babies.

Mike, if you have a problem with someone asking questions the please refrain from posting or putting yourself out in the public domain. At no time have I been disrespectful and my last post asked for clarification on whether you were part of a group?? Looks to me like you want to engage but seem frightened of responses.

If you don’t want to interact on a forum then that’s fine. I have asked questions of prospective Councillors and have been critical of others through my time on here. I will come to the defence of Dylan on this as well, I may not agree with everything he posts but he is a concerned resident of Wrexham and he highlights issues and questions decisions. If you don’t like my posts Mike….don’t respond. Simple. If my posts are wrong or against the forum rules then please report them.
