Labour saying “All systems Go” for a new health centre in Cefn Mawr , reality is they have launched a petition! Labour have always been in power or coalition in the Welsh Assembly so why have they not pushed this before ? It is not just how much money you have but how you spend it. Labour have spent money on webcasting council meetings, recycling projects and buying an airport all of which are not essentials. Health should be properly funded first and other projects undertaken if there is money left .
