The purpose of the Family Seminar is to begin to heal the many wounds caused by alcohol or drug addiction.
Families and friends often need outside help to learn that the addiction is not their fault or their responsibility.
They also need to remember how important it is that they take care of themselves while they try to cope with someone who is dependent on alcohol or drugs.
