The iconic Wrexham brand “Wrexham Lager” have announced a historic rebrand ahead of their tenth anniversary.

The multiple award winning Wrexham Lager team said, Whilst the pubs have been closed after a stop/ start rollercoaster of a year, we’ve been quietly working away on a few things behind the scenes.”

They detailed a range of forthcoming landmarks, including a new website and new look Brewery Shop that will be open to the public for the first time ever.

April 7th sees a rebrand to commemorate Wrexham Lager’s tenth year anniversary since being reestablished in 2011, previously founded in 1882, with the above new logo published.

The logo is a return to the classic that will be very familiar in the area, not least for adorning the famous red shirt of Wrexham AFC during the 90’s, with speculation already starting that it could make a reappearance on forthcoming kits.

Looking towards the end of April and beyond the Wrexham Lager team added, “Like everyone else, we wait to hear news of hospitality returning in Wales and dates moving forward so that we can push on with planning not 1, but 2 summer festivals including local bands and DJs with food served by all local businesses.”

There are also hints of a ‘new summer brew’, release dates for their mini kegs and a tenth anniversary celebration night, “The pubs will be back open, we’ll be able to have the catch ups we all deserve and we know the good times are only around the corner!”
