Wrexham Job Centre Evacuated After False Alarm

Wrexham Job Centre was evacuated earlier this morning, leaving staff and visitors left standing on the street.

The Job Centre was evacuated shortly before 10am this morning after somebody accidentally set off the fire alarm.

Staff and visitors of the Job Centre were seen lined up on Grosvenor Road and Gerald Street.

‘MurrayBren77’ tweeted Wrexham.com the above photo of those who were inside the building, adding: “Some nice Xmas jumpers being worn today.”

The building was evacuated for 20 minutes and is now back up and running as normal.
