Wrexham Council Website Downtime

Update: The website has returned as of around 9:10am!

As of 8:30 this morning Wrexham Council’s website at Wrexham.gov.uk is not responding to requests.

Using several different service provider connections the site was not loading, and site server was not responding to pings.

Other sections of the website on different servers was working, for example the planning.wrexham.gov.uk , however as it calls styling from the main website it did not look as you would expect:

The site is not only informational, with payment links and services offered with a push by the authority towards such automated services.

We will update once the website is back, and if any reasons are given for the outage.
