Wrexham Council Lists Two Former Youth Clubs For Sale

The former Gresford Youth Club on Vicarage Lane in Gresford is being sold off by Wrexham Council for around £150,000, along with another in Pentre Broughton.

The particulars describe the Gresford site as: “Detached part two storey part single storey former youth club premises offered with vacant possession.”

The site plan is below, and covers 663.47 sq meters, with the buildings covering 415.86 sq meters.

One picture gives a reminder to the former use of the building, with the hall still looking like it did when the doors closed.

The sale is expected to make £150,000 for the site.

The former Pentre Broughton Youth Club on Bryn Issa Road in Pentre Broughton is also being sold off.

The Pentre Broughton covers nearly half an acre, and is expected to reach £75,000 on sale.
