Woman Mugged In Supermarket Car Park

An appeal for information has been launched after a woman’s handbag was snatched from her in a supermarket car park.

The incident happened in Asda a car park Wrexham around 4.30 pm yesterday.

We have been told by the victim that the incident took place while she was putting her shopping into her car. She added ‘a man on a bike snatched my bag and rode off before I had the chance to grab it’.

The bag was a Burberry bag containing a Radley purse, a Galaxy Samsung 4 mobile, perfume, car keys and house keys.

The thief, who is described as wearing black clothes and a black woolly hat with a beige stripe on the side, snatched a handbag from the female victim. He made off on a bicycle which is described as silver or light coloured.
