Woman Killed In Horseshoe Pass Incident Named

Police have issued a statement confirming the identity of the woman sadly killed on Monday morning at the Horseshoe Pass.

The incident took place around 10:30am on Monday, and was described as a vehicle ‘leaving the carriageway down an embankment’.

The statement reads: “North Wales Police can confirm that the woman who died following the collision on the Horseshoe Pass on Monday September 5th has been named as Cassandra Jayne Dulson, also fondly known as Cassie.”

She was 24-years-old and came from the Ruabon area of Wrexham.

The family say that Cassie was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew her.

Cassie’s family are being supported by North Wales Police, and officers continue to appeal for witnesses to contact them on 101 quoting reference number U134728.
