The incident is one of a number of vehicle related break-ins to have taken place across Wrexham Town Centre over the past week, with a further five vehicles damaged while parked in the town.

Speaking about the recent spate of vehicle break-ins across the town centre, Inspector Paul Wycherley said: ” A person has been charged with similar offences and told officers that he had been looking for items that had been left out on car seats. Motorists need to lock their items safely away or take them with them while they leave.”
