Members of the public are being urged to remain vigilant following reports of a group of males who are breaking into properties in parts of Wrexham.

The males, who are believed to be in their late teens or early twenties are on bicycles and have so far targeted homes on Holt, Rossett and Marchwiel.

It is thought two or three males are involved in the thefts.

Police say they smash a window to break-in and then make off with jewellery.

If you witness any suspicious behaviour or believe you have seen these individuals call 101 quoting reference number RC17145899.
