‘Vehicle Facing Wrong Way’ Following A483 Collision

UPDATE: The A483 Northbound has reopened following the earlier collision.

ORIGINAL STORY: A vehicle is reportedly ‘facing the wrong way’ following a collision on the A483 this afternoon.

One lane on the A483 northbound between J4 A525 Ruthin Road and A541 Mold Road J5 / Summerhill Road is currently blocked following a collision.

It is reported that one vehicle is facing the wrong way as a result of the collision impacting into the central barrier.

The accident took place shortly after 4:30pm this afternoon.

Kayleigh told Wrexham.com: “Crash just happened on a483 stopping traffic,” with John saying: “Accident on northbound A483 just after A525 junction.”
