Two Vehicle Collision On Ruthin Road

Two vehicles were involved in an RTC on Ruthin Road last night.

Update 10th February:  A collision involving two vehicles took place on Ruthin Road, near the traffic lights last night.

The collision involved a Ford Galaxy and a white Kia and resulted in one car ending up in a nearby ditch.

The two drivers of the vehicles were both received hospital treatment for minor injuries.

The driver of one vehicle was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

Anyone with any further information about the incident is advised to contact the police on 101.

 

Original Story 11:10pm: A number of people contacted us shortly after 8pm regarding an incident on junction off the A525 Ruthin Road and Croesnewydd Road. However it is believed the RTC took place earlier than this.

It is reported one person was left injured after their car ended up in a ditch at the back of Pendinas.

Alyssa contacted us on Twitter to say that there were around four ambulances at the scene.

It is currently unknown if anyone received any injuries.
