Two taken to hospital after crash near B&Q Roundabout

Two people were taken to hospital last night following a crash near B&Q Roundabout.

Last night Wrexham.com reported that emergency services were called to the incident on Plas Coch Road at 9:55pm.

One vehicle and a pedestrian were involved in the crash.

The road was closed for three hours while emergency services attended and investigation work took place. It reopened shortly before 2am.

A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We sent one rapid response vehicle, one ambulance officer and an emergency ambulance to the scene. Crews were also supported by St Johns Ambulance.

“Two patients were conveyed to the Maelor General Hospital.”
