Town Centre Success For New Recruitment Firm

A team of specialist head-hunters with more than 40 years combined recruiting experience have joined forces and opened up an office in North Wales.

Adrian Barrow, Aidan Jones, Dave Antrobus and Paul Stevens, directors of new recruitment firm Recruit4Staff based in Wrexham town centre have more than 40 years combined recruiting experience.

Based on Lord Street, Recruit4Staff opened its doors to the public in April this year the firm aims to support the local job market by helping those out of work and employers find the right staff.

The team have so far dealt with a range of industries and have worked with people both in and out of employment. In the last three months the team have been pleasantly surprised by the positive response they have received.

“We found people were coming in straight away, it’s snowballed.” said Aidan, “So far we’ve had a good response.”

“Our recruitment knowledge comes from the fact the all of us have spent a considerable amount of time in the recruitment industry.”

Speaking about the decision to base the office in Wrexham, Aidan said: “Wrexham has convenient aspects in travelling distance.

“Wrexham is quite a town in development and there is a lot of activity. It’s the first big town off the North Wales border.”

“It’s one of the key places where development is happening.”

The Recruitment agency have recently become the sponsors for Buckley Football team, who played their first game a few weeks ago under the new sponsorship.
