Super Paul Mullin contract extended – Wrexham AFC release retained list

Wrexham AFC have released the retained list for next season, with extra contract details for some players.

Wrexham AFC have said, “The following players who are out of contract will not be offered new contracts and released with the Club’s sincere thanks for their contribution while at the Club”

The list is:
Ryan Austin
Kai Calderbank-Park Malik Dijksteel Reece Hall-Johnson Jake Hyde
Harry Lennon
Rory Watson
Tom Jenkins
Dan Jones
Louis Lloyd
Will Mountfield

They added, “An offer of a new contract will be made to Liam McAlinden and a discussion will take place with Ben Foster to establish if his intention is to return to retirement or continue playing.

“Harry Lennon has confirmed that it is his intention to retire from playing due to the injuries he has suffered.

The Club has exercised the option to extend the contracts of Scott Butler and Aaron James

The club added, “Following promotion, the following players contracts have also been extended by a further season: Mark Howard, Anthony Forde and Paul Mullin

“A decision as to whether Kai Evans will be offered a new deal will be deferred until he is fit to return to training, while Owen Cushion will be offered his first professional deal.”
