Sofa & Bed Set Alight in Caia Park

A bed and settee have been set alight in the Caia Park area of Wrexham this afternoon.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to Montgomery Road, Caia Park at 4:28pm following reports of a fire at the back of a property.

One settee and a bed were found set alight and one hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.

A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the cause of the fire is thought to be deliberate ignition.

The fire was out by 4:49pm.
