Metal band Skid Row will be rocking the stage at Central Station next month.

The band formed in 1986 and will be making their debut performance in the town on October 26.

To date the band have released five albums (not including compilations or live releases), and by 1996 they had sold 20 million albums worldwide. Having recently signed to record label, ‘Megaforce Records’, the band will be in town with their newest EP ‘United World Rebellion Part One.’

Skid Row will be joined by American rock band, Ugly Kid Joe. This will be the second time in the space of 12 months that the Ugly Kid Joe will have played in the town.

The band, which originally broke up in 1997, reformed again in 2010 before releasing their EP ‘Stairway to Hell’ last year. To date Ugly Kid Joe have released five albums (including compilation albums) and two EPs.

At the time of writing, there are just 40 tickets remaining for the gig.

Andy Gallanders from promotions: ‘We are thrilled with the response to this show. We knew this show would do well but to have sold so many tickets with over a month to go is great.

“This will be the first time Skid Row play our venue and look forward to welcoming them. For Ugly Kid Joe this will the their second trip to Wrexham after their successful last minute show in November 2012.”

To buy tickets to see Skidrow and Ugly Kid Joe live, or for further information then visit the Central Station website or visit their Facebook page.
